Etiquette

Booking

 - Bookings must be made no less than 24 hours in advance, if not to incur a same-day charge.

- Please complete your booking form in full. Same-day appointments may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis for an extra fee of $200.

Cancellation

 - Cancellations must be made no less than 4 hours before our date.

 - In the event that cancellation is necessary on your end, you may apply your deposit to a future booking within the next 3 months. Cancelling outside this window and opting out of rescheduling results in 50% of my a la-carte rate and forfeiture of your deposit.

 - No-Show appointments result in forfeiture of your deposit as well.

 - Should cancellation occur on my end, and you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be returned to you.

Screening

Screening is non-negotiable and mandatory for all new clients. I will accept a link to your LinkedIn account, a photo of your ID (with a visible name, face, and date of birth), or the names and contact information of two providers you’ve recently seen.

Confidentiality

All personal information is utilized for the purposes of screening and safety only. Your information will never be shared or discussed, and will be deleted after you are deemed safe to meet. Discretion and privacy are of high priority.
